Art-making has always been an integral part of my own well-being, and I have become passionate about helping others heal while exploring their creativity. I recognize that stress is a part of our daily lives that can have a negative impact on our mental health, leading to issues like depression, anxiety and trauma. I utilize cognitive-behavioral and trauma informed strategies coupled with radical acceptance and commitment to problem-solving through art therapy to help individuals tackle life’s stressors and harness their power. I integrate using creative strategies, building strong relationships and interpersonal understanding to empower my clients to regain lost joy and improve their confidence and mental health.
